Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Arthavortex (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data in connection with the Zytherum Agent Platform, our websites, and related products (the “Service”).
For personal data contained within Customer Data that our customers process using the Service, the customer is the controller and Arthavortex acts as a processor on the customer’s behalf, subject to the data-processing terms in the applicable agreement (DPA). For our websites and account administration, Arthavortex acts as the controller.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account and contact data — name, business email, company, job title, and similar details you provide when you register, request a demo, or contact us.
- Usage and device data — log data, IP address, browser and device information, and product-usage events used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- Customer Data — content, agent definitions, workflows, prompts, and outputs that you submit to or generate through the Service. This may contain personal data that you control.
- Cookie data — as described in our Cookie Policy.
2. How We Use Information
We use personal data to:
- provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service;
- authenticate users, administer accounts, and provide support;
- communicate about the Service, including responding to demo and sales inquiries;
- monitor for abuse, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations;
- produce aggregated, de-identified analytics that do not identify any individual.
3. Customer Data and AI Training
We do not use your Customer Data to train shared or foundation models offered to other customers. Customer Data is isolated per organization. Any learning or optimization scoped to your tenant occurs within your environment and under your control.
4. Legal Bases (EEA/UK)
Where applicable law requires, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract; our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service; your consent (for example, for certain cookies or marketing); and compliance with legal obligations.
6. International Data Transfers
We may process data in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customer Data is retained per your subscription and deleted or returned on termination in accordance with your agreement.
8. Security
We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, tenant isolation, audit logging, and other technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. Where Arthavortex processes personal data on a customer’s behalf, we will refer requests to that customer and support them in responding.
To exercise rights regarding data we control, contact privacy@arthavortex.com. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for organizations and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
